Everyone that I talked to and had anything to do with my loan were very helpful with everything that needed to be done.
Overall I was happy with Veterans United, but I feel the underwriter was disorganized and took too long to accomplish her job as a result.
Veterans United was awesome to work with! They walked us through the process of buying our home and answered any and all questions we had. They also responded to our e-mails and phone calls in a timely matter. We would highly recommend them!
I think that the lending team did a super job in gettingour loan approved and closed and funded. Mark and his assistant were super. I was so glad when Mark told me that the underwriter said we were ready to close. I would recommend VUHL to everyone
