The overall process is very slow
I was pleased with the speed of the processing of my loan. I was warned by many others that I would not close as expected, which turned out to be true...we closed a day early :)
I'm disappointed at Veterans United for delaying the closing date. Somehow the closing documents were not sent out on time, then I got charged $80 for the delay.
