I believe they did a fabulous job at handling our loan. I would however suggest that they keep up the great work.
I did not expect to have to deal with more than one person. Instead I was trying to coordinate amongst multiple people and everytime I called to check status and get an estimated closing date they were always surprised we were trying to close early
Doug Brady and Nicole Howard went out of their way to make sure I understood what was going on with my loan each and every step of the way. This was one of the easiest home loan experiences I've ever had.
I love that there is a team to take care of me when the loan officer is unavailable. They were all very helpful.
We can honestly say we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We have bought several homes over the years and nothing has ever compared.
I could not give a higher rating because I asked for an amortization table for each proposed interest rates so I would see how payments would affect the balance and we were not given one. This would've made it easier to select an interest rate.
Smooth process. The online loan tracker was helpful in keeping track of what documents were still needed. The ability to update items made it very convienient. The process was very smooth. I am extremely pleased.

Some of the information requested by Veterans United and the underwriter seemed irrelevant and even personal for the requirements of the loan . Veterans United should prepare customers for amount of info and documentation required.
