These guys were the BOMB!! Jon McCarty and Ashley worked hard to get this loan closed. Everything went fine, I was able to accomplish my goals in re-financing, and I qualified for an attractive rate with a shorter term.
There were some redundancies with information needed between two different agents. A little more communication on their part may have limited the amount of information I had to send more than once.
