The only negative feedback was the appraisal. It took the VA appraiser several weeks after the order was submitted to finally complete the work. We had to ask about it numerous times before finally getting confirmation of it's completion.
The team was excellent and very knowledgeable. Our questions were answered each and every time we asked. .
