Everything went smoothly at the beginning, and Ted Richardson, and Caleb Bales were very helpful. However, as soon as the loan went to underwriting, I cannot say things went well.
Would have helped if they knew basics like officers don't have ETS dates and if they were not asking for things almost up to the last minute. Overall, however, the process was great.
