At times there were lapses in communication between VU and the title company as well as some delay in VU contacting my wife's employer for verification (we were told that VU had the wrong contact information but there was no followup to correct.
I already recommended a co-worker : )

This is the most professional and courteous team I have ever dealt with. John Parker and Darla Potes are great assets, but John Parker is a great loan officer, and truly wants to help veterans/patrons get a home.
