The real estate agent that we received through VU was not fun to deal with. John and Marcie Shea seemed to be a little behind the times. My wife and mother in law did most of the looking for the houses that we wanted to look. T and didn't really get a lot of help from the Sheas.
I would suggest in the future that when things start going awry (i.e. a red flag like outrageous tax figures, estimated payments increasing by $400 and/or closing costs by $4,000), that someone else with more experience and knowledge takes a look at what's going on before it gets to a disastrous situation like mine.
