I didn't like having to get information from my then boyfriend for my loan. I was the one applying for the loan so it didn't make since for me to go through all of that.
I was walked through every step of the process, multiple times as I have memory problems.Everything was completely explained to me so I knew exactly what was going on.
The checklist seems to be unclear and incomplete. We were asked for additional explanation, clarification and paperwork numerous times with out-of-pocket costs to "rush" documents.
