Kelly and Jered always went the extra mile to insure I was accurately informed about the progress of my loan. My closing was delayed considerably by a seller title issue and the VU team provided great support throughout the difficult resolution.
Well, it was an experience. First finding that veteran unities was there for the veteran is a good thing. Second finding the house that we wanted was outstanding. The whole procedure was simple, everybody was on top of everything. Thanks VU

These guys were the BOMB!! Jon McCarty and Ashley worked hard to get this loan closed. Everything went fine, I was able to accomplish my goals in re-financing, and I qualified for an attractive rate with a shorter term.
There were some redundancies with information needed between two different agents. A little more communication on their part may have limited the amount of information I had to send more than once.
