I found the system slow inefficient and it seemed they were confused many times.
The process went very smooth even with the differnt time zones and working directly over the phone opposed to having direct interaction.
Cole Crawford was on point from the very first conversation we had. He was thorough and polite. His customer service was outstanding and because of him I will recommend Veterans United to all of my friends and family
I would recommend. However, certain things I would get in writing. Like at closing, I had to pay 590.00 to escrow but I was reapeatedly told by my VU team that I would have no out of pocket expenses at closing. I was even in the seminar when it was said by Tony as well. Yet, somehow I had to pay more money to escrow.
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

James was great! We closed on a VA loan in about 25 days. Had never met him or discussed a loan prior. Met him and he stated he could deliver the loan by the end of the month and he did.
