My overall experience was good. The major issue that i ran into was the switching of loan officers throughout the process. I went through 3 different loan officers during the process and not by choice. The other thing I did not like was having a closing coordinator. It made it very difficult having multiple parties with their hands in the pot. No one wants to be transferred over and over again explaining the exact same thing. Things get mixed up and misinterpreted. Again though it was a good experience and I can see small complications in every transaction.
