I think all loan officers should treat everyone as if they are a first time homebuyer. I felt as if I was given information like I was expected to know certain things. I had never been through this procesa before and things were not handle properly. My loan officer waited until the 23 hour to inform me of certain things. Title work wasn't done in a timely manner which push the closing date back. I understand this is the age of technology but some things are better discussed and explained over the phone. This is naturally a frustrating process and I don't feel as if my loan officer made it any smoother. I was highly dissatisfiied with my service.
Overall the process was very long. If you could move a bit faster, and stay in constant communication, it would go a long way to reducing the amount of stress this type of transaction naturally generates in the applicant.Thank you.
