Although the process was extremely painful, my loan officer was very positive in the wake of issues that kept popping up. The only improvement I would have made in the process was an increase of frequency in communication. I understand that all loan officers have multiple accounts and its difficult to juggle them all, however, as a customer nothing would make me happier than feeling as if I was the only customer. I would rather receive a call letting me know that nothing has changed, than sit and wonder about the situation. Other than that mentioned above my loan officer was very good all around!

like most people, homeowners are very busy. The entire team started out very well but as the process progressed it was hard to get in touch with team members. the constatnt back and forth with phone calls and emails became annoying.
