Overall, I would rate VU as very good. I was in a difficult time crunch, and VU came through for us. The only less than perfect aspect was we kept thinking we were done, and one more thing was needed, then something else. If there was some way to let the vet know up front, it would be a little less frustrating. But again, I would not hesitate to recommend Veterans United.
i had a problem when i was working with more than one person, because i was sending duplicate forms to one person and another person was wanting the same paperwork so we signed and had to send to the oter person
