I didn't like to deal with 3 different people during the process.
The team was very professional and timely in regards to all aspects of the loan.
The most frustarting part was the underwriters and all that was expected to be obtained.
Excellent Service My loan Officer and Team is located out of state and they worked as if they were next door. They made it easy for me during the application stage and made sure It was clear for me to provide the correct documents to get the loan.
The "Loan Tracker" website was ALWAYS wrong. All lines were busy every time I called the Client Experience Advocate Team and they never replied to my email.
Other than the requests for tax documentation that I had already provided and cofusion regarding the percentage of ownership issue. The process went well.
