Keep educating your loan officers. My loan officer was a virtual encyclopedia Britanica with his knowledge level. The home insurance company I worked with mentioned that as well. Quote, "In 18 years I have not ever worked with a more professional, and knowledgeable loan officer.". So, kudos to Sam Sexhauer!!!
