I like how you guys were on top of things at the beginning and made sure all of the paperwork was in order, but I got confused in the middle. We went under contract and the seller started to get concerned about how long it was taking to get the "CTC" letter. John ended up assuring me that it normally take 45 to 50 days to get a VA loan CTC, but I was never told that up front. A little info up front would have been nice, but I am not putting down John and Jill for that! They were very good at fielding my phone calls and letting me know what I need to do. All is good in the end we closed on our house with a very good interest rate. My realtor and title company were impressed and had other experiences with you guys before. They said your one of the only "VA" companies that actually has everything ready for closing on-time. Thanks again.
