There needs to be a better communtions between what the loan closers/underwriters needs and what the loan officer think they need the customer to do. The two people I had to deal with Celina Mowrey and Alycia were very helpful in getting my loan processed in a timely and effective manner.
I was pretty well satisfied over all. i think just remember that most people do not understand the process when they are not part of the industry and so keeping them informed is the best way. I felt like Doug explained alot of things to me and so I was well taken care of,
