It seemed as though once I was obligated to continue with the loan, I didn't receive the same care and concern as I received at the beginning. By the end of the loan, the communications were sporadic and incomplete. I ended up getting to the closing table expecting to receive over $1600, based on the most recent GFE, only to find out not only am I not going to receive a much needed check (to make necessary repairs prior to moving in), I needed to have brought a $650 check to pay for something I still have not received an invoice for yet. All of which could have been avoided with sufficient communications.
Keegan Magee was a great Loan officer I wish we could had him from the beginning instead of Cory Chew. It was a very stressful process not knowing a closing date until the last minute, Overall we a happy to be in our new home, thank you!
