I just wanted to say that we never spoke to amy and that collin was our lo but we only spoke to him when we first called to get the process started. We had contact with collin a few times after that but he was really hard to get a hold of and rarely called back. Finally we were put in contact with katie murphy and she was amazing! We would recommend her to everyone we know. She helped us with so much. I think without all of her help we would never have closed on our amazing home. So to Katie Murphy thank you so much you were fantastic to work with!!!
Have a clear list of documents needed from the start. Several times, when there were time constraints, I was asked for docs that could have been obtained from the beginning. It was very stressfull trying to get them on short notice and so far into the process when time was of the essence.
