I know the team strives to help us and are very busy. The biggest complaint I have is all the duplication of effort and the communications between the departments. The documents they requested we had to send at least twice and sometimes 3 times. I appreciate the volume of paperwork they deal with has a lot to do with this. Paper work does get misplaced. The part I didn't understand was the underwriting department. They wanted verification of the proceeds from a house we sold and were using for the down payment. They wanted a copy of the check and I informed them I didn't have a check copy because it was wired. I sent them the bank statement showing the wire transfer, the name of the sender and the amount, plus I sent the closing statement from escrow on the house to verify the amount was the same. That was not good enough??? I had to call the Title Company that did our escrow giving them permission to send VUHU the copy of the receipt for the wire transfer. I know they need to verify but they need to lighten up on some of the verification process.
The service is great, but the process itself is a little slow. With that said I would definitely still recommend this service to my friends and family.
