I happy I was able to finally purchase a home. During the loan process, I often felt as though I was working for my Loan officer (Cooper Allen), instead of the other way around. During the early stages of the loan, I felt as though he was talking down to me. As we went through the process, he became better but I had a hard time getting over how he talked to me in the earlier stages.I would recommend Veterans United but would like to request the loan officers do a better job communicating with the veteran.

Hire more timely and pleasant loan officers/assistants Kim filger was an absolute nightmare to work with many times we would call her so ask questions or send something to her and despite countless messages and calls she failed to return calls or communicate with us. As far as Jason etters is concerned he more than made up for Kim's lack of work he is someone you should base your staffs performance on. There is nothing but good things I have to say about him.
