The only thing I can think of is better advertising. I happen to stumble upon Veterans United while searching the internet for information on VA benefits.
The process was long, tedious, and required more documentation than I thought was possible. At times I became annoyed and impatient. Thoughout it all, the Team assigned to me was exceptionally polite, patient, and took the time to explain what was going on. While I was frustrated with the length of time the process took, I was never unhappy with the individuals working with me. I would describe them as outstanding, competent and perfect customer service representatives. VUHL gave me a great rate. Thanks
For some unknown reason we were constantly asked to provide more and more and more information on some of the most minor questions. At the end, we were even asked to provide information on a Trust, that is completely outside of our own financial responsibilities or liabilities. We of course answered every question and provide all information requested, but it really got to a point of (what felt like from our perspective) absurdity when it even crossed outside of our financial realm. Thank goodness for Dan O'hearn and his continued efforts to complete this refinance for us.
