I feel people should receive praise for what they have accomplished while they are alive instead of after they have passed. Saying that, I would like to comment on our experience with one of your agents (Katie Hayes) in the Loan Department.It is hard to get first-rate customer service anymore, it seems you have to know the individuals job and then threaten to report them for not providing customer satisfaction, for literally doing what they are hired to do. In fact most of the time individuals in Katie Hayess position make you feel like they are doing you a favor because their time and interest are more important than taking care of the customers concern. Katie was the exception to the norm, demonstrating a unique attitude of being courteous and helpful, ensuring our concerns were taken seriously. She not only processed our case with efficiency but went above and beyond the normal customer service to ensure that we got our dream house, even relaying our concerns to other agencies to insure we received the best possible solution to our situation. She called me on numerous occasions just to inform me of the status of our Loan. We travel a lot in our profession ministering in different parts of the world and her customer rapport is the kind of customer service you expect, but rarely receive. Please express my deepest gratitude to Katie and forward a copy of this to her thanking her on our behalf for excellent customer service. Based on the excellent and professional customer service I received from Katie, I have many times during the loan process mentioned to my relatives and friends the fantastic service Katie had provided.
