Keep doing what you are doing. I was told by other veterans that a VA loan would take longer and be more difficult than what it was.

Felt that Chey was unorganized and at times condicending. She seemed to be accusitory about when we purchased a veichle loan month before refinance and our credit history was checked claiming that they ?? pulled our credit after we got the loan. It was all done with in days. Also there was the request for a termite inspection when I was unable to find an inspector in our area she seemed rude about the matter. Things seemed unorganized, we received the packet. Then we needed to send more information. We were told the inspection was finally ordered after a month of paperwork. Then needed more years tax returns. Were told we needed a water inspection. Were told we needed to send proff of retirment account funds when it was already sent in our inital packet. Were told we needed to then send 2012's W-s...... One thing after another. Why could we get a list with everything you needed in the first packet and then be done????

I'm not sure there is anything that VUHL can do to improve. We are satisfied from beginning to end because Eric kept us informed each step of the way. He is an exemplary employee and should be commended for his fine performance.

The loan officer needs to keep the buyers informed regarding the process more effectively as what steps lead to the next one the home is chosen and in contract.

Have fewer people involved in the loan process. I think we were in contact with 4 or 5 different people by the time we closed. One of the last individuals called and told us we didn't need any money at closing (we needed $41,000). When told that he must be mistaken, he said he hadn't even seen our file. What a waste of time. Never did hear from him again. Tyler Sadich was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process.

There were a couple of incidents of miscomunication between myself, the loan officer, and her assistants. Not a major deal but at times it was a bit confusing for us. I would just recommend that for future loans that each loan team familarize themselves with each loan that comes in so prospective clients can talk to any member of the loan team and get answers without having to go to one specific person. I would also recommend that once a week that your team sends out a progress update to the clients to see exactly where we are in the loan process.

From the experience that I've seen with VUHL is outstanding, there's not much more that you can do with a company that has the experience that VUHL has.Keep up the good work.
