The loan coordinator Ann Higgins was incredible to work with through the process. Please give her a big BZ for me and my family.
Chris Primmer made me feel as though I was the only client that Veteran United had; when I called he never seemed rushed are in a hurry to get me off the phone. He took the time during the process to send me a gift that will benefit me in performing my work. Thanks Chris, I have your number dialed in if I need any advice!!

This team of Doug and Michelle have left the most positive feelings from me. They both did me am awesome, complete and very satisfied job. Great job to vu and your great sales team.
Keep up the great work!
George was very nice and not forceful towards me as the buyer making the decision his real estate company is really a team they all had my best interest at heart to make the deal come through with out hitch when they really dont have too. It could just be about the bottom line with no personable interaction they werent
Very satisfied with our Veterans United experience.
The one thing that really upset me was the fact that you charge an origination fee which no other lender does, out of the five or six we checked with. In the those cases there was also a lender credit also, which I know with two of them was $2200.00 .I think as a veteran we pay enough with the VA funding fee.
The bottom line is that I am in my house and that was the end goal, and we have Tyler to thank for that.
Thanks Timothy Hansberger
One issue in particular was if the appraisal came in higher than the mortgage we requested would we be able to get the additional money. The subordinate said she checked with Will and there would be no problem. Weeks went by after the appraisal was finally done and then we were told that we couldn't get the extra money because it would cause the closing date to be changed and all the parties would have to resign. Again, this is not what we had initially been told. We already had booked our flights to go to the scheduled closing and to be told the closing date would have to be changed was extremely disappointing. I just feel they did not truly do their jobs appropriately or professionally. Not happy with how we were treated.
Follow up was great, got questions answered promptly and very informative of terms and process.
Bob McGinnis was our real estate agent that Veteran's United put us in contact with. We would highly, highly recommend him to everyone. Bob was always quick to find out facts for us and performed above and beyond our expectations. The whole Veteran's United program is excellent. Every step and every individual we encountered was professional, friendly, and knowledgable. We always felt like we were important and no question was too small. Great customer service which is rare in today's world. Veteran's United is to be commended for a first class operation that performs above expectations.
I do wish that things could have been more organized and not have all the last minute issue arise.
Being my first house using VA loan, I did not know what to expect. Mr. Sattler and his team did an excellent job, making this experience a "nice one". Very helpful throughout the whole process, eager to assist in any way possible. Always courteous. I/we are very pleased with the assistance that Veterans United gave us, allowing for an easy mortgage process.
My wife and I had a great experience we are truly happy with the help yall provided us! Not to mention we absolutely love our home! Thank yall.
I think you all need to promote more a lot of veterans don't even know about you all and how you help them get into their dream home
Didn't know what was going on, little communication. Last minute things that made no impact missed two closing dates.
Communication and availabiltiy at closing are key. We nearly didn't close on that Friday night because our whole team had gone home. The title company faxed the final docs in and we waited 30 minutes. When we didn't hear anything back, everyone felt abandoned. It was humiliating. When I called, I was informed that nobody from Kody's team was there. They had all gone home. That's not a solution. When I pressed, she said she would see if there was anyone there who could help me. She found one person in the back who said she would have our docs done in 30 minutes. Don't know who this person was. Didn't know they were working on it. After another hour, the final docs arrived and we closed, 2 hours late. Everyone was now lated and very unhappy about being treated that way. What happend to, "Give me a call if you have any problems at closing. I'll be available." How you run the race doesn't matter if the finish line is a cluster.
Overall a very good experience. I will use you again in the future!
