It cannot be understated how well whitney did with our home buying experience. It was a long process from October of last year until now. Danielle Genz was great to work with through out this process. She was very helpful and patient with questions. She worked diligently to make some changes to our loan a little late in the game. Her mark is easily a 10 and I would recommend her to others. Luckily we found that she serviced the area, and was able to switch to her.The general experience prior to her and when I applied roughly 5 years ago was borderline harassing behaviors. I will return calls on my own time. Leaving a voice mail suffices, over calling numerous times, texting, and emailing (spamming across all methods). I understand it’s a business but it is excessive. This actually drove me away from VU the first time I applied years ago. Danielle made this process very smooth and much more enjoyable.
