My team changed a lot and I could have been better informed on What I did have to pay. A little phone tag and the job was done. The entire "To Do's" list up front instead of learning it as we went would have been helpful and way less nerve wracking. But when it came down to the wire I was informed and things were explained. My goals and needs were met and I am happily in a home with most of what I wanted in my budget. That was not an easy target to achieve.

Other services are offered, but never pushed. We took advantage of the homeowners insurance that was offered because the product was explained clearly and was actually at a better price than what I received while comparing quotes.
