Communication was horrible throughout the process. My realtor and I both had a hard time getting updates. I found out information from my financial advisor that the team should have told me. The seller and I had to sign extensions to our purchase and sales agreement because it took so long. I was concerned that the seller was going to walk away from the sale because we couldn't get any information about what was going on or how long much longer it would take to get the loan approved. I will never work with Veterans United again and I will discourage everyone I know from using Veterans United.

Collin and Jessica were great through this process. As a single first time homebuyer, I was sure I would encounter a lot of stress but everything went super smoothly. They were there to answer questions whenever needed and provided consistent follow ups and updates. I got an amazing rate on home insurance. I am super impressed with website/mobile application.
