I felt like working with multiple team members got a little confusing for me as the homebuyer because it seemed like my loan officer, real estate agent, and underwriting officer were all stepping on each others’ toes to get the same tasks accomplished.
You’re able to feel his passion for helping veterans get through the loan process. Although working with multiple customers he made me feel like I was the only person he was working with.
I especially want to thank Mason for his incredible work and attention to detail during this whole process. He kept me informed and calm throughout the process. Mason was by far the reason we were able to accomplish this mission. He should be commended for his professionalism and work ethic. If/when I refinance I will request to work with Devin, Mason and the team. Thank you again Sam and I greatly appreciate everything you did for us.

We were first time buyers and this process was quite confusing and super stressful. Having solo reign over setting all this up since my husband was deployed I was in over my head to say the least.
