Tay Carson made the entire process smooth and fairly effortless. Answered all the questions my wife and I had also he and his team sent us surprise gifts along the way that were greatly appreciated. I would respond immediately to there request and have to wait 3 or 4 days for a response from them ornate to call and ask what was going on. Made me really want to give up
