I really can't think of anything other then what's listed above. I'm glad I choose Veterans United as my Mortgage Company for my new home.

This was our 3rd home purchase. The process of buying a home was not something my wife or I looked forward to, of course a new house is what we wanted but we did not want the hassle of the loan process. Billy and Presely made it seem painless and did their best to assure us of what was taking place and what needed to be done.
Great Company would recommend to any vets I know.
Chris and his staff were excellent at their jobs. I feel this loan would of took years for any under experienced loan officer. He and his staff expedited everything and were very thorough in explaining anything to me. My wife, my son, and I are very happy to have worked with someone so great. Thank you all so much.

the hole team did a great job I could not ask more of any of them kendll ,sam and my agent Kristina if there is anything that I could help them with I hope they ask me because I would always say yes for any of them
My experience with Veterans United Home Loans was very positive. Both Ted and Caleb worked diligently to ensure that I could get the home that I wanted. They both put in a lot of overtime and always answered any questions that I might have very promptly. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a home loan.
Everyone that I came in contact during the process was extremely helpful and professional.
Chris Hill kept Veterans United from loosing me as a customer. At first my experience wasnt so great with my original loan officer. Chris picked up the phone and gave me a call saying that he'd like to earn my busines. Mr. Hill did just that and I would say that this has been the best experience from a customer stabd point that I have ever had. Dont loose sight of Mr. HIill I have a back ground in operations management and I can tell you that If you empower him he will make alot of share holders happy.
From the beginning to the end, the VU team was a pleasure to work with. They kept me informed, answered all of my questions in a timely manner. And worked their tails off to get me into my new home quickly. I will definitely recommend them to any of my military friends looking to buy a home. Thanks
I'm the wife who Kevin spoke with and found him to be a very pleasant person. He made me feel real comfortable. Thanks again Kevin. God bless !!!!
Devon was a very nice guy, professional, and he was responsive in a timely manner. The last week of closing there were documents he needed from me that I felt should have been addressed sooner, but I understand someone from his team was on vacation so they had someone filling in that may have caused the end process to be delayed and unorganized. The day of closing was very stressful and unorganized, because the title company had not received the HUD statement yet, or have the final closing costs/paperwork they needed. This made it seem like closing was going to be delayed till 6/16. Last minute with essentially no notice I spoke with Devon at 9:30 am (30 minutes before scheduled closing time) and he said he had submitted everything needed in order to close. In the end everything worked out, but a lot of confusion, failed communication could have been avoided if documents had been submitted prior to the morning of closing.
We started with Ted Korba, who was excellent. We built a rapport, I called and he answered or replied very quickly. Ted moved on to another position at another company elsewhere, I wish him luck, my experience with him was awesome.
Darrick on the other hand never once picked up his phone. I called a lot too. He did eventually return phone calls, but getting in contact in the first place was nearly impossible. Change your voicemail too, seriously it says "I'm on the line helping another customer" 24/7 365 which if you've called 30 times in one week during working hours and haven't gotten the guy to pick up the phone is really really annoying, because obviously he's not helping anyone. While Darrick was cordial when speaking on the phone, I never got the sense that he was interested or really invested in our particular loan. It may be that he had the loan pawned off on him after Ted left, but still, don't make the customer suffer for this. If his communication is the same for us as it is for everyone else than I feel bad for them. It appears he has a good record so maybe this is a fluke, but I wouldn't recommend him based off of our experience. The loan got done, we are in our new house, so it's water under the bridge. Me and my wife have excellent income and credit so I never thought that would be an issue, but we have been through this process 2 other times with 2 other company's and YES, the loan officer is supposed to be "Johnny on the spot" with responses. I mean I'm attempting to borrow nearly 350k with you guys, I should be able to get someone to pick up a phone.
I also stayed in contact with Adam Underwood, who really is the one who should be getting credit for this loan since he did all the work. Adam also picked up the phone and responded quickly. That's really all I'm asking for.
