Overall, this was a great experience. There were some last minute underwriting issues that seemed like they could have been addressed much sooner. They delayed final approval and caused us some anxiety.

I have not experienced anything like the customer service that I received from VU, in a long time, maybe ever! They actually cared about me and my family.
