This was the most seamless loan process I have ever gone through. My loan team delivered on time. Word of advice: complete your To-Do’s as soon as they hit your inbox. This is where you have the most control during this process. Bill Bales, his team, Kat in Client Advocate ...everyone was phenomenal and very professional! Being in the Air Force our adult life we never considered buying a house due to moving every 3 years. After I retired we were still in the renting mindset. Veterans United made the process to buy very easy and we decided to buy. Welcome to our new home.

We found many issues with this house a couple days before buying, when we tried to back out, we were told we would be sued for breach of contract. Now we're stuck with it and it has at least 3 leaks in the roof, the sellers broke a window before we bought it, the walls are coming apart at the ceiling, and we continue to find more and we've only bought it 7 days ago!

While the VA appraisal is meant to assess the home’s value at face value, it doesn’t identify or predict underlying condition issues, which is why a separate home inspection is always recommended. That said, I hear how overwhelming this feels, and I’m sorry this has been your experience.
