Jason and the team made the process of using the VA home loan for the first time so easy. All members of the team were quick to respond, friendly, and were very knowledgeable to their area of expertise. They were a wealth of information; they kept me informed on time-sensitive items and offered me assistance with them.The personal touch of giving us an appreciation gift of my son's first tackle box with his name personalized on it was above and beyond. It even had his nickname spelled correctly, which was super touching. I thought the overall process was smooth and quick. I liked the"to do" list that kept me in track. If i missed something I would get a text our phone call which was nice as I was moving and staying work in KY. Everyone was so helpful and avaliable to answer any questions or concerns. Great experience!!
