I don’t even know where to begin. I started the process in November around my birthday and I was already pending to own a house in March. What can I say? I couldn’t believe that the day we closed we went to our new home to find a gift for our family. Our son has been wanting those LED lights for his room for so long and when he saw them we thought he was going to fall over! The baby gift was adorable and the blanket is so nice! All in all a quick process. Some hiccups with communication that essentially came down to a possible push back on timelines, we ended up getting it done in time (thankfully). We knew the process and what we needed to do as sellers so we were pretty easy. The frustrating part was getting things and timelines to move along. Felt like the team heavily relied on the loan officers approval for everything and we had to take it upon ourselves to make decisions without them due to short timelines. A lot of questions were left unanswered and as first time home buyers, it felt like there wasn't a lot of helpful tips or tricks to any of it from the team. I very much liked that they were friendly and in the end better to work with when the deal was coming to a close. I'd give the entire process and team a 7/10. Main outlier was communication
