Jermaine Rivera and the rest of his team are excellent professionals that work with veterans and active duty members like me. I would highly recommend their services if you are thinking about buying a home, they will make sure you have a satisfying experience.

I didn’t think it was possible to have my own home, been a tough year for me but Veterans United came through when I didn’t think it was possible oh yes don’t forget about the Hammer, AKA Jaclyn Bonilla thank you all, and I love the gift!!!!!!
Thank you A team

The process was so painless. Unlike the home buying nightmares friends had shared with me. Unbelievably quick from start to finish.

Thanks vetemuch would highly recommend

A big thank you to all involved. The only area I felt was difficult was the safety portion of the appraisal process. It is way too conservative and overly protective. We are veterans who volunteered to put ourselves in harms way. We don’t need to be protected to that degree. Some of the asks by the appraiser are just deal killers, especially when buying a home as is.

I was referred to Veterans United by my daughter and son-in-law. They had recently purchased a new home and talked about how easy the process was through VU. I looked into it and was very happy with the overall help that was received. Not just a mortgage, but looked into different insurance options and other things along the way I would use them again in a heart beat and hope the interest rates drop in the next seven months so that I can use them again.

I am so grateful for Veterans United. I was sure that my debt would disqualify me, but Rob assured me that I would be taken care of. My cash-out refinance took less than 30 days from application to closing, and all of my debt is being paid off! Many thanks to Rob and Nancy!

There needs to be better communication. We were not informed about details of our loan. We had to ask questions to get answers. Otherwise we were not informed. We were misinformed on so many aspects of our loan. Showed up to closing to expect a refund, only to find out we owed. So we questioned, then found out the amount owed wasn’t even correct. It was $700 too much. It was not a great experience overall.
Response from Veterans United
We're incredibly sorry if our communication was lacking or unclear during your refinance, Douglas. In addition to the disclosures provided throughout the loan process, we encourage our veterans to ask questions about anything that needs clarification. While we do our best to prevent changes in cash-to-close amounts, they do happen. We're happy to know you met your goal of refinancing your home in the end.
Amazing team!!! Made sure i got all the information from beginning to end. What i needed an what was to come.

Veterans United took the hassle of buying a home and turned it into a memorable event in our lives. Thanks for everything.

This is the second time I have bone business with Veteran’s United. The first experience was great but, this time was even better! The entire loan team was top notch from start to finish. They are very friendly, courteous and professional. I felt like they treated me like an old friend or family member rather than just a customer. They even remembered our dogs and sent them a gift basket filled with treats and toys. Peewee the Wonder Mutt and rest of the pack love their new toys and treats.
I would recommend Veteran’s United to anyone who served and is looking to buy a home. This is definitely the place to go.

I could not believe how amazing this process was, and how helpful everyone was in helping my wife and I achieve our goal and find our amazing home. Thank you to everyone on our team!

2nd time using vet. under, we were pleased, of course after the 1st use it was expected and you delivered.
