I could write a book on how impressed and pleased we are with Aaron and the whole team for everything they have done during this home buying experience. What is commonly known as a stressful process was anything but that. We honestly felt like family and that is no joke! From the start to finish, there was never a time that we felt like was just another number and in today’s society, that’s very rare. Aaron and his staff kept us informed and we were so proud that we chose Veterans United and there is no one more deserving of our money and respect than them. We thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for their support and kindness and Veterans United will forever have a special place in our with us. I’m such a big supporter of things and people I believe in and I will be and have already been spreading the word on how pleasant our process was and the relationship we built with what we consider family now. I highly recommend Veterans United Home Loans. This was the first time I applied for a VA loan and surprisingly it had gone so smoothly. I liked the “To Do” List feature on the app. It was concise and to the point which assisted me to stay on track. And it showed when my tasks were completed.I really enjoyed working with Cara and her team. They were professional and pleasant. I even received a package of cookies and a toy for my pups which was so unexpected. That was definitely going the extra mile! By the way, both Wriggs and Gunnie loved their gifts! 🐾 🐾 Thank you! I don’t know who made this team but they are a dream team. I did not have to lift a finger as they handled pretty much everything for me and as I am in the military, it’s been a stressful time trying to plan a move and transfer jobs.
