Improvement recommendation: I was unable to sign early with an affective date the day of closing. This was strictly a lender policy because state and local laws allow better methods. This caused me to have to sign on the date of closing and fedex out the loan docs which arrived to seller a day late costing me an extra $250 late closing fee. “Our existence is predicated upon our abilities for process improvements to include ourselves.” Best of luck to us all.
