I would recommend anyone to work with Veterans United. The app was my favorite feature bc I can turn in anything needed instantly and I still can use it to make my payments. I love it here!

Michael Meyers was an outstanding loan officer! he was very attentive and answered all our questions, No matter what time of day it was. Our first loan officer assigned with VU wasn’t so good but after being assigned to Michael we decided to proceed with veterans united. Thank you Michael and the veterans united team!

This is the 3rd time we have turned to Will and his team for our VA home loans. Every time the communication between us and his team was nothing short than superb! They kept in touch constantly. Even though I asked the same question 3 times, they still answered with a smile in their tone.
Overall the team did a great job in delivering top notch service. The only hiccup throughout the process is that documents I signed for Veterans United disappeared from my portal and I was unable to view them once signed. I think there should be a section where you can view completed documents and not edit them, so you're able to keep track of things as you go. Other than that, the process went extremely well without any hiccups.

Let’s cause a little commotion for BRANDON WILLIS! Words can’t express how Brandon was able to relate to me as a Veteran like none other. He understood my lingo, my fears & worries. 50/10 recommend.I had the most horrible experience with a previous company/lender that left me in tears, but this team is the total opposite of that and I’m eternally grateful.
All and all the entire experience was incredibly stressful but that stress was mitigated in large part by Stephen and my realtor. Contacting Blair was an issue a LOT of the time and many times I didn't recieve a call back or a text back or an email back in a timely fashion, but she wa prompt in telling me when I had a task that I needed to do. This was my first home buying experience so I don't have anything to compare it to but all in all I think it was an amazing effort put 9n by veterans united and my realtor.
