Superb team all around! As a first time home buyer the stress I was preparing to face never came because of them all. They communicated with me and each other at a top tier performance level. Final closing was delayed by not having an expert available at closing causing a 2.5 hour wait for VA finalizing paperwork and the title company had no idea what the delay was being caused by so we just sat around and waited. It was definitely not the smoothest closing process I have ever had on closing day. Prior to closing everything was absolutely smooth sailing and extremely self explanatory process.

It was a rollercoaster ride. As I stated, the relocation company dropped the ball on several occasions. We had THREE closing dates, and the two first ones fell through because of the relocation team and their multiple failures in getting proper documents out in a timely manner. Adam, Steve, and Teresa kept pushing until we got things done. Thanks to all!
See the above for mad props to Nina. Meghan also Put In Work (serious work) to get my loan approved, and she also deserves my sincere appreciation. I honestly hope I never, ever have to go through anything as stressful as a mortgage application again! But if I ever do, I will pray, pray, PRAY that Nina and Meghan are on my team.
