I cannot say enough good things about the VU team, process, and overall experience! Everyone went above and beyond to make this home purchase as easy as can be. Sure there are some more requirements with a VA loan, but the team worked diligently to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly & in a very timely manner!

Overall, ok with whole process except that main agent promised a locked rate which did not materialize to that rate at the end, and it went from 5.75 to 6.125. Had I known this would have happened, I would have not chosen VA United Vas I feel his integrity speaks as a way in how clients are overpromised and underdelivered on the rate????
My family and I are truly blessed to have received the help from Veterans United. I expected a lot of hassle, but thankfully received far less than I could’ve imagined, we hardly had to do anything in the whole process. Without a doubt I will use Veterans United again in the future!
