It was pretty shaky in the beginning. There actually was a point where we were going to pull out of the whole deal because how bad things were going.
Things got better near the end and we finally did get the house. Super thankful that we got the place but in all honestly I would have went to a different company just from all the things we went through in the beginning.
The whole process was very quick considering how long VA loans normally take, and the team was very helpful and responsive.Only negative is that VU does not offer the option to lower your rate if it drops before closing. Navy Fed offers that (you can drop 2 times after lock in) and we almost went with NF because of this.
