We had some ups and downs through the process but Nick and his team were there for us every single step and because they worked so hard and together as a team, my husband and I have our dream home. This particular home is Nextdoor to our daughter and granddaughter. We get to see them everyday now. Thank you Nick we love our new home.

My loan team was perfect. David, Nick and Katz was great always on top of things. They kept me in the loop on everything. From start to finish they was always by my side. If I was to do this process over again. I’ll pick the same team to do it with. I would recommend this team to EVERYONE!! I’ll recommend them to the president if he is looking for a house! There was a lot that came up with our loan that made it take a lot longer than normal. ( nothing on their end it was all stuff we personally had to fix.) through all of it Lucas and Rachel stuck with us every step of the way through all the stress until our wonderful signing day. In seven months their was not a single time I had a question that wasn’t answered by one of those two. They always picked up. Two wonderful people I would send anyone to them!
