I was not happy with a va inspector i found a lot of stuff wrong with the house and don't know how it pass.

I have the privilege of working with these people and they are the best they should be running to government that’s how efficient they are we would have all our problems solved if they were in charge God bless you all it was great working with you

I hope that Veterans find out about this program if they are looking for a home. I have owned several homes, but none of the Realtors would agree to or promote the GI Bill, our right to have no mortgage insurance and yet a guaranteed loan. This program is fantastic, and if any Vet asks they can talk to me about how great this program is. I did tell my Son-In-Law about this program, and he used it to buy a home in south-east North Carolina. My Daughter and he are ecstatic about their home and the help the program gave them too.

So grateful for all the steps and follow-through with the Veterans United Home Loans team.

Shout out to Dan and Desi! This was a seamless experience and happy with the process.

All the team members helped me immensely in buying a house of my own. Big, big deal. You just don't know how many people in my family who were not pulling for me. You did. And I thank you.

I can’t even begin to explain how blown away I am with my loan team. They put all the stars in 5 star service. I hope all your teams are like this one.

I couldn't have done any of this without the help of Chris Allchin. Chris provided me with videos of a walk through since traveling that distance was a real challenge. He kept me in the loop the entire time and was always willing to answer any questions I had, no matter the day or time. Additionally, he got me my first home warming gift. Also, I wish to say thank you to the team for the home warming gift you sent out as well. I found it quite entertaining to show up for my final walk through of the house and found your gift on the table. Thanks a million, to you all!!!

Experience first-hand why 343,016 homeowners give us a perfect score!

It was a great experience and not as stressful as it could of been.

This is the best team anyone could have ever asked for. Thank you everyone for their patience and support with this home buying process. Couldn't have done it without my beautiful team.

The Veterans United team was very impressively cohesive as a team, always positive....always followed through on every step, on every commitment to follow up with information. The team collaborated in a way I haven't seen since I retired from the Army. Also, the software system, the online account is fantastic. It enables the client to move forward through the mortgage process without skipping a step. And it is not like the client is left on their own to deal with that online process--it is completely integrated with the Veterans United team members who consistently stayed on top of what was or was not completed by the client online....and the team always followed up to see if they could assist in any way to make the process go smoothly. It was amazing!!! And it was great, the way I was dealing directly with Brandon at first, but then he was sure to introduce the other team members and explain their roles in the process before they stepped in. It shows terrific leadership on Brandon's part and made my life a lot easier and less stressful.

My overall experience with Veterans United was very good. Todays underwriting environment requires compliance with a myriad of regulations, policy statements and an extraordinary level of mandatory compliance.I recommend that the underwriters be included as a member of the Veterans United team. I understand that underwriters must have a degree of autonomy, but it would be better if the underwriters list in a VU Policy Manual, each and every requirement that federal, state and local governments insert into the home financing and purchasing process, be covered in team meetings and in written form. This alone will vastly improve the VU loan process and buyers experience.Last minute additions, corrections etc., add much worry and grief especially to a veteran with PTSD. With my recommendations, VU could well become the Premier Home Loan company in America.
