The overall experience with Veterans United and the loan team I worked with was phenomenal! Their “during the course of steps” videos were informative and helpful all the way around. The underwriter process can be daunting at best, but my team made it a little easier to handle and maneuver through. I felt more like a partner than a subject throughout the process. I honestly loved how VU guided us through this process the entire way. The ease of the mobile app and signing E-docs is a game changer! A lot of the communication was through text for the random questions I had, and that made such a good experience. Always fast responses. I have no doubt about using them again in the future. The whole process was very easy. How can getting a mortgage be easy? By having people who understand you are out of your depth, & know how to make you feel confident making big decisions. I really hope I never have to do this again, but if I do I’ll be back.
