Overall, my experience was incredible. The team was patient when insurance threw us a curveball. The communication and constant reaching out was what stuck out to me the most. My only complaint, and it has nothing to do with the people themselves, is that the entire to-do list should be posted from the beginning. I understand more "tasks" come up as we go along and not every buying experience is linear but if there are "tasks" that must be done that are known from the beginning it would be beneficial to see them all.

Drew, Sara, Logan and Jim (realtor) was all so great. This was my first time buying a home so of course I had so many questions, they was also there to explain something to me and did not judge. They were all so supportive during the whole process as well as helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone and I am so happy I had a great experience buying my first home!
Matt is a great asset to your organization, an example of whom Veterans (like my self) are looking to speak to because he makes it clear and simple. As an ex squad/platoon leader, Matt would make a great customer service supervisor.
