Great rates! My closing company said my rate was the lowest they had seen. Very friendly and courteous staff. Although I didn’t really need it, the concierge service is great to offer as well to help with finding local utilities and services. My loan officer Dustin kept me informed and was always available and quick to return calls.
The “To Do” list is easy to use to upload documents.
Would highly recommend.

Katie tried to sell me an inferior loan product, and the two customer advocates I spoke to made excuses, failed to deliver in their promises for follow-through, and used delaying my closing as a scare tactic. This company fought so hard to keep me from learning about the better loan on the table that it's hard to believe it wasn't intentional. If I were less persistent, or less financially literate, VU would have happily kept an extra $2K of my life savings.

We had a great experience with Veteran's United. I was initially going to use another banking service but they were unresponsive and difficult to deal with. We changed to Veteran's United and our loan officer (Jeremy Arnold) was a pleasure to deal with. He walked us through every step of the funding process and quickly got us approved. Highly recommend using Veteran's United if you are buying a home.
