My family and I have been told no at least 15 times on buying a home, we were to the point we almost gave up completely. I seen a review about Veterans United and thought I would try ONE more time. Miss Cassandra called me and started asking me about our dream home, what we needed and wanted, our budget, explained the whole process and the benefits of using Veterans United. In a few short days she sent me my very first Pre-approval! Our dream was possibly, FINALLY becoming a reality. The credit team was absolutely wonderful, it wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for them as well. They contacted me, told me EXACTLY what I needed to do to get my score up the 13 points I needed to qualify for the zero down payment, I did what they told me and the next day it was up 18 points! The concierge calling and giving us all of the information we needed, our options, checking to make sure everything was in order and keeping us updated, the insurance team for getting us a very low insurance premium that fits our needs, the whole Veterans United team was amazing! They are incredible and I’ll forever be grateful for them, a wonderful team! We ran into a few obstacles along the way, but Cassandra and the Veterans United team was right there with us EVERY step of the way, guiding and instructing us. My wife and our 4 kids were FINALLY going to have our dream home, something we’ve wanted for our kids for almost 10 years, Veterans United made it possible! Seeing the joy, the excitement on my children’s face the first time we walked into our new home is a moment I’ll never forget, all made possible by the Veterans United team! John was quick and efficient with communication, keeping me advised as the process unfolded and reminded me of important tasks or deadlines to ensure I met the closing drop dead time without a hitch.
