The whole team was very responsive. We had some late issues with the appraiser not getting his report back and they were able to adjust on the fly. Their preparedness and confidence meant that the seller was still comfortable to keep our move in date even when our signing date got pushed back. It was a huge win and made our move much easier and less expensive.

I wasn't able to see the inside in person but I still went through with making an offer and eventually saw it in person before moving in. I literally saw and bought this home through my phone. I love it and thank God he gave me a cherry tree!
