This process was long but worth it, I didn't have the credit initially so I worked with Giselle for a year to get my credit in order then was able to get into a house which I had always though was never going to happen, I highly recommend veterans united for anyone who wants to buy a home veteran or not.

I'm glad I picked Veterans United for my home loan, because the agents that worked on my case couldn't have been more helpful. They made the process very easy, made sure I was kept up to date with everything, and explained parts of the process I didn't understand. Matt and Brooke worked extra hard to help me collect all the paperwork I need for the Underwriter even though some of it was very difficult to obtain.

We we told at different points that the underwriter, and loan officer didn’t know what they were waiting for for approval, but it was holding our account. While it ended up working out, we had multiple unanswered emails to our contacts from both us and our real estate agent.
