For individuals with 750+ credit scores, perfect credit history, and returning customers, better initial rates should be offered than "industry standards." Veterans that meet the above criteria should be offered better rates if an organization is going to call itself Veterans United. The only reason we return to Veterans United is because of Shannon Workman.

More than I expected. We had a really rough time with the appraisal. Jessi was a rock for me and my wife. She was there to calm the nerves and smile when we needed it. Andy he was the calm before the storm. Me and my wife were ready to start all over when the appraisal came in. Andy and Yvonne kept us informed and up to date on what was going on. I don't know what went on behind the scenes but Andy made eveything happen for the good. Mywife and I are in your debt. And as the saying goes " Happy wife ,happy life".
