Just know, clients think they are important and should be treated that way. I know its hard when you get overwhelmed, but clients do understand that side of it.
My second VA Home Loan purchase and each time the process and service has been exceptional! I would recommend VUHL to any of my fellow service members.
Veterans United made a very scary, complicated process significantly easier on our family. As first time home buyers, the process can be extremely overwhelming. Their patience and open communication made everything easy to understand, and seem manageable. I couldn't recommend working with VU to my veteran peers, and we will be using them again in the future!
Thank you V.U. for helping our family purchase our home providing the security and peace of mind we haven't had in a long time.
My wife and I just had our first daughter and I’m glad I went to Veterans United to help me and my family finally find a place to call home. Big thanks to y’all and definitely Mike Rahmoeller
After a 2 year house hunt finally got it and everyone on my loan was outstanding and great to work with. Everything was explained very thoroughly and there was no hesitation for help.
You guys rock!
Our home buying experience turned out to be a roller coaster of emotions. We did not expect all the ups a downs during inspections and negotiations. Thankfully my team was exceptional in their jobs and helped us in every step. They kept us informed and were always quick to respond to any of our concerns. I can not say enough good things about all of them. Their customer service is exemplary and that is exactly what we wanted when making the biggest financial decision of our lives.
I wish I could say more but I will simply say to everyone in my team, thank you.
I feel like my loan officer dragged his feet on this property as for as closing goes. I jumped through every hoop and got all the required paperwork to them in the time needed in order for closing. However, the closing date was pushed back due to a pest inspection issue which I had no control over. When I asked what the issue was I was told that the pest inspection could not be read. Well I also received a copy of the said pest inspection in question and I could read in perfectly fine. I feel like this was used as an excuse to push closing back when it did not need to be. Plus again I was the last person to know about closing and had scheduled time off for unloading and unpacking my belongings. The closing being pushed back put more stress and strain on me to get everything done in a much smaller timeframe
Response from Veterans United
Jamie,
It is important to us that we work hard to provide excellent service, and we realize that the home buying process can become stressful when working to gather the required documentation. Thank you for sharing your open and honest feedback. Licensed Underwriters comply with regulations to ensure loans are properly documented, and we work to make that process as easy as possible. Please reach out to us if you would like to discuss your experience further.
Overall a great experience. The team understood what I needed and was able to break down the homebuying experience into something I could understand as a first-time buyer.
I appreciate the hard work from the entire Veterans united team. I could not be happier with my new forever home!!!
We actually went through the home buying process with this amazing team TWICE. The first home contract fell through days before closing when tidewater was invoked, and an equitable agreement with the seller was unattainable.Within days, we went from having plenty of time to move into our new home, to having given notice at our current residence and only six weeks to find a place to live.Needless to say, we felt discouraged. But, Zane and his team weren't. They encouraged us to keep looking while they prepared our file for a new contract. So...we did.We scoured the ENTIRE state of Texas, and found the perfect place. Under contract again, Zane and our team got to work. We were on pins and needles awaiting the appraisal, and days before closing, it hit! TIDEWATER. So we scrambled. This time with the incredible work of this amazing team, WE CLOSED! We have what can only be described as our dream home!Zane Hildreth, Bryan Oldham, Chris Perkins and those behind the scenes have been tireless in their efforts to assure our success. People get up every day, go to work, go home, and on and on and on. They don't always know the impact they make with the work they do and the way they do it. We want you to know and somehow understand that this is not just a sale. Their professionalism, encouragement and generosity of spirit has given us a gift we haven't had in 5 years...a home of our own! They've changed our lives, and we will be forever grateful!~ James and Renee Gragg, Homeowners
I'm enjoying my house. Everyone did a great job helping me. All the gifts are sweet and thoughtful. Thank you all! XOXO from a very happy homeowner. Tiffany

Thanks dude!
For the most part it’s easy to use
The team did great
Chris and his team were awesome. They were always able to answer questions and prompt to respond. If there was something they were not able to answer right away they would get back with me. I think the only negative I had was the cost analysis. I would like to see a more accurate number that stayed throughout. I know the escrow number fluctuates but before a cost is given, get all the most up to date numbers first. There was a $100 increase monthly and $1800 closing cost at the end that I did not like to have to come up with. However, this in no way would ever deter me from using the same team again. I really appreciate all they did. Thanks so much to he and his team.
